Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to harassment, bullying, or spamming, may result in the termination of your membership.
Intellectual Property: All content provided to fan club members, including but not limited to music, videos, photos, and merchandise, is the intellectual property of Curfew and Momentum Entertainment LLC. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Modification of Terms: Momentum Entertainment LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes. Continued participation in the fan club after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
Termination: Momentum Entertainment LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership in the fan club at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions or for conduct detrimental to the fan club or its members.
